1.Plan Selection

Click here look at our weekly menu for our meal plans. When you select your meal plan, ou are choosing the default diet you would like to follow while using our service. However, ou are always free to choose meal selections from within any of the other meal plans.

2. Sign Up

Click here to get started and sign up for our service. You will need to provide your basic personal information, like email, name and phone number. You will also specify your preferred delivery address. You can always change your delivery address, or add more addresses for additional deliveries.

3. Meal Delivery

0ur meal delivery process involves plating each meal in a 100% recyclable, microwave-safe container and delivering it in a reusable insulated bag. Once you have customized your weekly menu to your liking, your selections will automatically be saved to our system. The next step is waiting for our delivery, which occurs on Monday for South Florida customers.
