Select your default meal plan. Each week you must log in to your member portal to select your meals for the week or the system will automatically choose 5 meals (a mix of lunch and dinner) from your default meal plan. You can always log in to your member portal and update your preferred meal plan. New menus update on Sunday.

Note: Meal plans can be paused on a week by week basis. The cut off for pausing your meal plan or canceling your subscription is Tuesday at 12 pm.
